Data We Receive

In the course of an audit engagement, clients provide us with datasets that may include demographic attributes, model scores, and decision outcomes. We handle all client data as confidential, regardless of whether a formal NDA is in place.

How We Handle It

  • Client data is stored in encrypted environments during the engagement period
  • Access is limited to team members directly involved in the engagement
  • We do not share, sell, or transfer client data to third parties
  • Data is transmitted via secure channels agreed upon with the client

Retention & Deletion

Client data is retained only for the duration needed to complete the engagement and deliver final reports. Upon completion, data is deleted within 30 days unless the client requests extended retention for monitoring or follow-up purposes. Clients may request immediate deletion at any time.

This website does not use cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics. We do not collect personal information from website visitors. If you contact us via email, we retain your correspondence for the purpose of responding to your inquiry.

Scope of Our Work

Minerva AI Assurance provides technical assessment services. Our reports document statistical findings, methodology, and recommendations. They do not constitute legal advice, regulatory certification, or a guarantee of compliance with any specific law or regulation. Clients are responsible for their own compliance decisions.
