About

We audit what others build.

Minerva AI Assurance is an independent audit practice focused on fairness, bias testing, and governance readiness for AI decision systems.

Minerva AI Assurance exists because AI systems that make decisions about people — who gets a loan, who gets hired, who gets flagged — deserve the same quality of independent oversight that financial statements receive.

We don't build AI systems, sell AI software, or advise on AI implementation. Our value is independence. We assess what others build, producing evidence about model performance and group outcomes that boards, regulators, and stakeholders can act on.

Our team brings backgrounds in financial advisory, investment banking, risk management, and technology strategy across the US, Singapore, and Southeast Asia. We translate complex statistical findings into clear, actionable language for non-technical decision-makers.

Our Independence Policy Minerva maintains strict independence from the systems and organizations we audit. This is the foundation of our credibility.
  • We do not build, implement, or advise on the development of AI systems
  • We do not accept audit engagements for systems where we have provided implementation or development services
  • We do not take commissions or referral fees from AI vendors
  • Our findings are reported as measured, regardless of whether they favor the client

Leadership

Founded at the intersection of finance, technology, and policy.

Minerva was founded by practitioners with experience spanning M&A advisory, technology strategy, and financial risk assessment — including roles in investment banking, public policy, strategic planning at a major mining multinational, and technology-sector advisory across APAC and the United States.

That background informs how we approach AI assurance: not as a purely technical exercise, but as a business risk, regulatory readiness, and stakeholder communication challenge. The math matters — but so does translating findings into language that risk committees, boards, and regulators can use to make decisions.
